Joseph Ruiz is the co-founder and managing partner of Alliance Resource Group. With more than fifteen years of professional experience, Joseph is widely known as a credible staffing executive and talent acquisition expert. He is also an alumnus of Hope International University and worked in the Public Affairs Office in the United States Armed Forces.
A job market expert, Joseph authors a widely distributed, monthly newsletter that highlights job market conditions and industry projections. He co-authors an annual employment forecast and salary guide for Alliance Resource Group and both have proved valuable to thousands of hiring executives, from startup to Fortune 500 organizations. Joseph’s core values of integrity, trust, faith, and accountability drive his daily decisions and has created significant value for his well-established network.

Jennifer is highly active in the community and is a founding member and board leader for the Deloitte Orange County Alumni Council. She also sits on the corporate advisory council for the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Additionally, Jennifer is an active board member for Laura’s House, a non-profit providing support for women and children experiencing domestic violence.
